Create an account and retain your selected plan

Choose a plan from pricing. If you are not signed in, checkout sends you to authentication and keeps the chosen plan in the return path. New customers can register without purchasing first. Use an email you can access for order and activation communication, and store the password in a password manager.

Complete the unique payment invoice

Checkout displays the plan, USD price, access term, result allowance, account identity, and supported USDT networks. Select the network you will actually use. On the invoice page, copy the exact amount and wallet. Never substitute payment details received in a direct message, and never share a wallet recovery phrase.

Keep the private order URL until activation completes. The page polls automatically and distinguishes waiting, partial, confirmed, and activation states.

Download and install licensed access

After confirmed payment and successful activation, use the download link shown in the private order page or your account profile. Download only from the official ReverseIPData download host. Keep the archive and account credentials private. Review the published SHA-256 checksum when provided before installing.

Prepare IP input

For a single scan, enter one valid public IPv4. For a batch, create a UTF-8 text file with one address per line. Remove URLs, CIDR notation unless specifically supported by the client version, port numbers, labels, comments, duplicates, blank lines, private ranges, and reserved examples.

Run a scan and monitor progress

Choose the prepared input and a dedicated writable output location. Start one job and allow the progress display to update. Avoid running multiple clients against the same output files. For long lists, keep the application open and prevent the device from entering a disruptive sleep state.

Review and preserve output

Retain an untouched copy of the raw export. Record the source IP list, scan time in UTC, application version, plan allowance, and any visible warnings. Work from a copy when deduplicating, filtering, enriching, or annotating results.

Interpret results

A returned hostname is an observed association. It does not prove current resolution, ownership, affiliation, safety, intent, or permission to interact. Use current DNS and other independent evidence before making a material claim.

Troubleshooting checklist

• Sign-in fails: confirm the username or email, check caps lock, and wait if rate limiting is shown.
• Invoice still waiting: verify network, token, wallet, exact amount, and blockchain confirmation status.
• Partial payment: follow the private invoice guidance; do not create an unrelated payment without checking the order state.
• No results: validate the IP, check connectivity, and consider whether the address may genuinely have no observed relationships.
• Large job appears slow: confirm output is still growing and avoid duplicate jobs.
• Download unavailable: confirm payment and activation completed, then contact support with the order ID—not passwords or wallet secrets.

Contact support safely

Provide your ReverseIPData username or account email, plan name, order ID, application version, operating system version, exact error message, and concise reproduction steps. For payment issues, include a public transaction hash if available. Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, full session links, or authentication secrets.
