Evaluate before a longer term

Use the free public preview and the seven-day Proof Pass to test representative addresses, workflow fit, output usefulness, and system compatibility before purchasing a longer term.

No automatic crypto renewal

Crypto plans do not auto-charge. There is no recurring subscription payment to cancel. Access ends at the end of the purchased term unless you make another confirmed purchase.

Situations eligible for review

Contact support promptly if you experience a duplicate confirmed payment, a matching confirmed payment with no access, a materially incorrect plan activation, or a reproducible technical issue that prevents the product from operating as described and cannot be resolved within a reasonable support period.

Situations normally not refundable

  • Digital access that was delivered and substantially used.
  • Change of mind after successful activation.
  • Failure to test disclosed plan limits or supported environments.
  • Expected differences in observation scope when the service operated as described.
  • Account sharing, abuse, unlawful use, or policy violation.
  • Requests after the access term has materially elapsed.
  • Loss caused by sending the wrong token, network, wallet, or amount, except where recovery is actually possible.
  • Third-party blockchain fees or exchange costs.

Mistaken crypto transfers

Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. ReverseIPData cannot promise recovery of funds sent to a wrong wallet, on an unsupported network, as the wrong token, or without the required amount. Contact support with the order ID and public transaction hash; never provide a wallet seed phrase or private key.

How to request review

Use official support and provide the account username or email, plan, order ID, purchase date, public transaction hash if relevant, product version, operating-system version, exact error text, steps already tried, and requested resolution. Requests are assessed using order, activation, usage, and support records.

Timing and outcome

Submit a request as soon as reasonably possible after the issue. Support may first attempt troubleshooting, activation repair, replacement access, or another proportionate remedy. Approved refunds, where possible, may be affected by network mechanics, provider processes, applicable law, and the method originally used.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not remove consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in an applicable jurisdiction.
