Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using ReverseIPData, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must have legal capacity to agree, use the service lawfully, and comply with rules that apply in your location and to your activity. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service scope
ReverseIPData provides observation-based domain-to-address intelligence, a public preview, licensed software access, account features, exports, documentation, and support. Results may be incomplete, historical, affected by shared infrastructure, or changed after collection.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, use one account only as permitted, and notify support of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under the account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts may be rate limited, suspended, or terminated for security, abuse, false information, payment disputes, or policy violations.
Limited license
A confirmed plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the licensed software and results for the purchased term and lawful internal purposes. The service, software, branding, interfaces, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not redistribute licensed files, resell access, bypass controls, or reverse engineer except where a right cannot lawfully be restricted.
Plan scope and fair use
Individual plans license one user, one active device, and one running bulk job. API access and account sharing are not included. Proof and Standard plans apply the displayed per-IP result allowance. The Unlimited tier applies the allowance stated for the selected term; “no plan-imposed cap” does not remove security, fair-use, capacity, user, device, job, or lawful-use controls.
Prices, crypto payment, and activation
Prices are displayed in USD. Checkout creates a unique USDT invoice on the selected supported network. You are responsible for using the correct token, network, wallet, and amount. Access activates only after the configured payment system reports a matching confirmed payment. Network fees, exchange differences, mistaken transfers, and transfers on an unsupported network remain the sender’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
Access term and renewal
Crypto access does not auto-renew. Access begins according to confirmed activation and ends after the purchased duration unless extended by a later confirmed purchase. Losing access at expiration does not create a recurring charge.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful authority, respecting privacy and third-party rights, securing exports, protecting licensed files, independently verifying material findings, and complying with the Acceptable Use Policy. A result does not grant permission to access, test, contact, or interfere with a domain.
Availability and changes
Service interfaces, sources, coverage, software, support, and operational limits may change to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or product quality. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, and abuse controls can affect availability. Reasonable efforts may be made to communicate material commercial changes.
Data and service disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of universal coverage, uninterrupted operation, error-free output, ownership attribution, or fitness for every investigation. You remain responsible for verification and decisions made from results.
Limitation and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReverseIPData is not responsible for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use, inability to use, unsupported conclusions, mistaken transfers, or third-party infrastructure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material policy breach, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, charge disputes, or attempts to bypass controls. Where appropriate and safe, support may provide information about the reason and available next steps.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated date will be shown. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted by law. Contact official support with questions before purchasing.
